**Scope**
More and more different types of applications increasingly use the Internet as a large distributed systems in the last few years. With this development, many challenging new research problems have emerged. A successful treatment of these problems requires multi-disciplinary collaboration between researchers from different fields. The goal of this conference is to bring together researchers from disparate areas related to new Internet Community Systems, to discuss the current state of the art in the described field, and to identify promising directions for research.

**Submission and publications**
Submissions of unpublished papers presenting research results, industrial experiences, and applications as well as detailed specifications of open problems are solicited.
Authors are invited to submit full papers in english (up to
12 pages) electronically (information available on web site).
It is expected that accepted papers will be presented at the conference by at least one of the authors.
