Scope
SSS'03 provides a forum for the presentation of new research results and
the
identification of future directions in its rapidly growing area of
research.
Original technical papers addressing the following topics of interest
are
solicited for presentation at the symposium and publication in the
symposium
proceedings:
* Stabilization in distributed and networked systems
* Stabilization in numerous contexts:
system fault-tolerance; system security;
system safety; real-time systems; group communication;
ad hoc, mobile, and peer-to-peer networks;
sensor networks; failure containment;
graphs, geometric structure; (re)configuration
* Design, analysis, and implementation methods for stabilization
* Impossibility results and lower bounds for stabilizing systems
* Automatic recovery, autonomic computing, and
self-healing related to stabilizing systems
* Applications of stabilization and experience reports
