Enhancing Business Performance
The annual Cambridge Technology Management Symposium, now in its twelfth year, is a firm fixture for those at the forefront of new ideas and practical application in the field. Aimed at an audience of senior technology and innovation managers from companies of all sizes, it draws on leading practice and research to address current key issues in an international context.
As innovation is widely viewed as one of the key drivers for sustained economic growth firms are increasingly paying attention to their culture, processes, management style and approach to ensure that the creative spark is given every chance to fire.
The programme provides a unique opportunity to hear a combination of keynote plenary presentations from leading international figures in innovation and technology management, case study sessions and group workshops providing access to some of the latest research findings.
