Purpose of the Award

The ICS Harvey J. Greenberg Research Award honors research excellence in the field of computation and operations research applications, especially those in emerging application fields. Honored research would focus on contributions that exhibit the promise of making a significant impact in the scope of OR/MS/Analytics practice. A submission for this award consists of a single accepted-or-appearing research paper and a summary statement. The award will honor the most outstanding contribution that exhibits the promise of making a significant impact through computation in the scope of OR/MS/Analytics practice.
